Energy: full (100) while you're active. After 3 quiet days it decays 15/day down to a floor of 10. Mood follows energy: happy (70+), content (40–69), sleepy (under 40). Any rewarded action restores energy to 100.
Sleepy nudge: dormant 5–6 days with an adopted pet and the town sends one “getting sleepy” nudge — slotted between the 3-day and 7-day re-engagement nudges, once per quiet spell.
